Product operations are inspected by operators and quality control staff. Through quality control process problem solving techniques like FMEA, SPC and MSA are used to prevent occuring mistakes. When process deviations are determined, action plans are formed and implemented quickly.
Our standards for dimensional controls are customers’ requested tolerances. Generally the reference standards we follow are ISO 3601 and DIN 7715. The reference standard for acceptance quality level is TS 2756-1, normally level AQL 2,5. However according to customer’s sampling level preference we perform a sampling level as per their request.
Products which finished all their processes and their final control was performed are shipped together with their quality control documents. Vision - Mission
